The Surgical Patient Navigator at Donaldson Plastic Surgery supports both the Patient Care and Surgical Experience teams, playing a special hybrid role between the two functions. Surgical Patient Navigator will evaluate patient paperwork, complete virtual consultations, sees postoperative patients, and triages patient issues.
Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and caring, the Surgical Patient Navigator provides a high-touch and comfortable experience for all patients.

The Front Desk Manager will be in charge of a team of Aesthetic Coordinators. An Aesthetic Coordinator at Donaldson Plastic Surgery has the unique pleasure of being one of the first to welcome patients providing a great experience from the moment they walk in the door.
As the first point of contact for office visitors, an Aesthetic Coordinator at Donaldson creates a welcoming environment and ensures everything related to a current, new, or potential client’s visit is luxurious and seamless.
A Donaldson Aesthetic Coordinator also assists with general office operations, overseeing office supply inventory and managing in-person transactions with patients. The Aesthetic Coordinator’s interactions with so many sides of the business afford them the chance to identify areas of improvement, providing ideas and processes to help differentiate the practice.

As a Patient Communications Coordinator, you create an inviting experience for every patient and potential patient interaction. Focused on managing phone calls and online inquiries, Patient Communications Coordinators are responsible for the first impression made by our practice and the voice used to maintain our valued patient relationships.
A successful candidate for the Patient Communications Coordinator will have a passion for making connections happen. They are energized by the follow-up necessary to coordinate schedules and meet the needs of every patient. Bringing analytical energy, the Patient Communications Coordinator will use historic performance to create innovative solutions to scheduling objectives.
